Kids Outdoor Jackets 

When buying a kids outdoor jacket  you need to consider if you are buying a winter jacket or a summer jacket.

A winter kids outdoor waterproof jacket will normally include a detachable fleece and is called a 3 in One jacket because it can be used for any season.

A 3 in one jacket can be worn with or without the interactive fleece depending on the season. The fleece can also be worn by itself.

All of ouf our winter jackets are made fronm high performance breathable , windproof , waterproof fabric.   

This also applies to all of the lighter mid  weight kids outdoor jackets that we sell.  They are also waterproof, breathable and windproof but slighly lighter in weight.  They all have linings but are slightly lighter weight.  These jackets fold down small and will stow in any day bag or small ruck sack.

We also sell a range of unlined jackets which pack away into their pockets and are ideal to wear in the summer.

To provide extra warmth and comfort  it is best to wear a breathable  base layer next to your skin. Thes work as well in the summer as they do in the winter. They are ideal for walking or going to school.

Another great way to stay dry is to wear a cape or a light weight rain parka.   All of our capes are made from heavy duty pvc and are 100% waterproof but not breathable.
