Our online support service is only available during our busines hours which are 8.30am-4.30pm.  We are sorry if you get our voice mail but we will always return your call. We do not operate a call centre centre service unlike many other online companies so you will always be able to speak to a member of our staff.

Delivery Prices

Our Delivery Prices are pretty  competitive. We charge deliveries by the consignment and any consginment delivered within the Uk and Eire is charged at £4.96 per consignment. Some times depending on the item we will send via 1st class post if it is low value and will go via your letter box. Otherwise we use Business Post.

You can also view the carriage charges on any item before you order. Outside of Europe the Consgnment charge varies from £7.50 to £14.50 per consigment. 

We also do not charge any carriage if you require an exchange on any item. Orders over £200.00 are shipped free of charge. During anuy postal strikes we will not use the Royal Mail. 

But for any UK consignment the most you will pay in Carriage is £4.96 consignment regardless of how many items you order within the consignment.  Fule surcharges are very high no in the UK so we have to charge carriage but most of the product lines are discounted on our web site so you are certainly saving money overall.

Normally deliveries are normally within 4-5 working days if you have to wait longer than this you can always call us or email us.  One way or the other we will always get back to you.  You can be assured that we are trying our very best and we want you to have a good experience shopping on our site.

How To Return Goods

You can Return Any Purchase from This Online Store Within 28 Of Purchase Either For A Refund Or An Exchange.  The item must be returned in good condition. Please Also ensure you send to our returns address this is very important to ensure that we process you replacement item or refund as quickly as possible. Please Note that you must Return Goods Within 28 days as per the terms and conditions when ordering your goods. We cannot accept goods back after this expiry period. 28 Days.

Simply return the goods back to the postal address stated below with the delivery Invoice that you received.  We need this so we can trace your order number. Please ensure  that you state when returning the item your requirments.  State if you need a full refund, replacement item please state colour,size  and item name that yiu want instead. Or if your item is a warrantly item please state the fault and we will either replace or refund.
