Delivery
Our delivery prices are competitive and are charged per consignment, not per item. Our method of delivery will vary depending on the item. We deliver by Royal Mail 1st class post or Parcel Force couriers.
We also do not charge any carriage if you require an exchange on any item. Orders over £200.00 are shipped free of charge. During any postal strike action, we will deliver by Parcel Force.
Please allow 4-5 working days for deliveries. If you have waited longer than this, you can call or email us. We want you to have a good experience shopping on our site and are always happy to help you!
Credit Card Security
We take the security of your details very seriously and have undertaken every precaution to ensure your transaction is secure. All of your personal and account details are held on a secure web server. When you place your order, you will be taken onto a secure server and you will see a Comodo logo on the left hand side of the page. This seal is only provided to companies that have secure sites.

If there is any reason why you cannot process your order online, you can call us on our mail order hotline +44(0)1244 389 302. If we are busy, you can leave a message and we will call you back. Unlike many other online companies, we do not operate a call centre service so you will always be able to speak to a member of our staff. We will process your order via the telephone which will be placed into our secure web server. We must also have a full security match on your card. Please do not leave your card details on our voice mail system.
Alternatively, you can use our online support service and chat to us online. Our online support service is only available during our business hours which are 8:00am-4:30pm.
How To Return Goods
You can return any purchase from this online store within 28 days of purchase, either for a refund or an exchange. We cannot accept goods after this expiry period. The item must be returned in good condition. Please ensure you send your item to our returns address. This enables us to process your replacement item or refund as quickly as possible.
Please return goods to the returns address stated below, along with the delivery invoice that you received. This is needed to trace your order number. Please enclose a covering letter that states your requirements. (State if you require a full refund or replacement item, including replacement colour, size and item name.)
